We are a first generation family-owned farm. We have a passion for growing produce using better seeds, soil, and practices than what is standard today. Our seeds are organic or heirloom varieties, our soil is comprised of compost and organic amendments, and we tenderly care for our fruits and vegetables throughout the entire life cycle. 🌱 Cilantro microgreens 🌱

Order your Winter Greens CSA box today through Sunday on our website! Pickup will be on Tuesday, November 25th between 4-6pm at @yorkannarbor in the wine room.

What's in the box for next week?
Parsley (bag), Renegade spinach (4oz), Winter Density romaine lettuce (8oz), Black Oil sunflower microgreens (2oz), China rose radish (1.5oz), and cilantro microgreens (1.5oz)

🌱 Sunflower Microgreens 🌱

Our Winter Greens CSA begins tomorrow (11/11)! Pickup is 4-6pm at @yorkannarbor in the wine room. This first share will include Black Oil sunflower, Di Cicco broccoli, and China Rose radish microgreens. It will also include a bag of our Winter Density romaine lettuce, Italian Flat Leaf parsley, Greensleeves dill, and a bunch of cold sweetened Napoli carrots! Whole season shares and individual shares are still available on our website through the end of today!

✨ Pumpkin spaghetti squash ✨

Have you ever seen a pumpkin-spaghetti squash hybrid?! A couple of our spaghetti squash plants seem to have been pollinated by Baby Pam pie pumpkins—or maybe the other way around? We have yet to try them, but are looking forward to see if the texture is more stringy like a spaghetti squash or smooth like a pumpkin. Has this ever happened in your garden? 🌱

🌱 Winter Greens CSA 🌱

Our winter greens CSA starts next week on Tuesday, November 11th! Each box will have a variety of herbs, lettuces, microgreens, spinach, and other winter vegetables. We are excited to offer the full session at a discount, which equates to a free box ✨ With this option, you will also get 10% off all additional produce purchases November through May! Pick-up is every other week at @yorkannarbor in the wine room between 4-6pm!

We are starting a new referral program! Please tell your friends, family, and neighbors 🌱 When they purchase their first box, you will get a free container of microgreens or other produce item (up to $5)!

👩‍🌾 Final CSA box of the 2025 primary season 👨‍🌾

Today is our final CSA box pick-up for the 2025 field crop season! Don't worry, we have a winter greens CSA starting up in November—this will include microgreens, spinach, cold-hardy lettuces, herbs, and more! We will have more information coming soon 😊

So, what is in this CSA box? German garlic (2), Winter Density romaine lettuce (8oz), Kale mix (8oz), Diamond eggplant (3), French Breakfast radishes (bunch), Napoli carrots (bunch), San Marzano tomatoes (1lb), Yellow Brandywine tomatoes (1lb), Parade green onion (bunch), Greensleeves dill (bag), cilantro (bag), parsley (bag), and a couple of acorn squash! 🍂

✨ Cucamelon Mexican Sour Gherkin ✨

Cucamelons are one of our favorite crops to grow! They have been thriving throughout the later months of our farming season, outlasting both the pickling and Persian cucumbers that we had earlier this year. They look like a watermelon and taste like a cucumber with a slight sourness—reminiscent of a lime. If you have not had a chance to try them, we suggest stopping by @agricolefarmstop to pick some up since we just dropped more off today 🌞

✨ Acorn squash ✨

Acorn squash are still growing in the field! This was our first time growing squash vertically using a trellis, and it may just be our favorite way to grow them. They will be in our CSA boxes for the rest of the season (three more weeks!!!) 🌞
